To meet our customer's large volume requirements, most O&G equipment has been modified to deliver precision performance beyond the manufacturer's rated speed and capacity parameters. We routinely build custom machines to accommodate special needs.

From small springs for sensitive cellular communications to heavy gauge springs used in agricultural equipment, O&G sets industry standards for quality and versatility. Our three types of helical springs - compression, extension and torsion - can be manufactured in wire ranges from .007 to .625.

O&G's open-coil helical compression springs offer precise resistance to compressive forces. Our close-wound helical extension springs demonstrate consistent levels of resistance to pulling forces. Torsion springs provide precisely applied torque for a wide variety of applications.

We also offer engineering and production services for custom wire forms (material range .007 -.750) and stampings (material range from .001 - .375).
